Poker in the Park is in London this September and you can expect to see several poker stars and celebrities playing in Leicester Square from Thursday 2nd September to Friday 3rd September. Liv Boeree has confirmed her attendance at the event and the former UB.com professional will be on hand to give advice to the poker stars of the future.
This is the fourth year of Poker in the Park and the organisers are expecting 20,000 poker and rakeback fans over the two days to turn up and enjoy tournaments, lectures from world class players, tuition tents stalls selling poker merchandise and a whole lot more. Several of the top poker sites will be present with Victory Poker offering up Wet ‘N Wild Dunk Poker where players will have the opportunity to send a Victory Poker model into the dunk tank – one for the spectators for sure!
In addition to tournaments and heads up challenges there will be some great guest speakers with Dave “Devilfish” Ulliott, Roland De Wolfe, Jamie Gold, Neil Channing, Nik Persaud, and Phil Laak already confirmed.
“Having guest speakers of such calibre is an incredibly important part of what we’re offering at Poker in the Park,” said event founder and organizer Michael Caselli. “For the fourth year running, we’re honoured, and humbled, to have so many star names turn out to give their advice and share their fascinating stories to the possible poker stars of the future.”
