Amateur Poker Association & Tour (APAT) Launches New Quarterly Magazine

The Amateur Poker Association & Tour (APAT) has launched a brand new quarterly digital magazine which will be distributed by email to fans and players. The magazine will include interviews news and the latest gossip about players on the tour, now in its fourth season.



APAT has grown steadily over the last four years and will be hosting 28 tournaments around the UK and Ireland in 2010 as well as three events in Europe. Betfair have also recently signed on as sponsors of the tour and will be looking to activate this sponsorship at all future events as well as hosting online events on behalf of APAT.



The online sports book and poker site which has been growing its involvement with poker especially will offer APAT members the opportunity to win one of 33 seats to the GUKPT main events as well as 23 seats to APAT Professional events.



The fourth season of the tour has added a few extra strings to its bow with a brand new ‘Pro Tour’ running alongside it. At these expanded amateur and professional poker festivals there will also be events such as PLO, Omaha Hi Lo, Stud, Razz and Draw for those with more skills than just NLHE. There will also be a heads up event and a 6 max event alongside the varied schedule at the Dusk Till Dawn World Championships.
