Why do I have a negative rake amount at UltimateBet?
Ultimate Bet deduct the following from rake before rakeback calculations are made:
AP and UB deduct fees from US players in order to cover payment processing transaction costs.
What this means is that you should not withdraw and re-deposit unnecessarily if you don’t need to.
These transaction charges range from 5-10% depending on the method of deposit. We do not have a breakdown from the rooms. There are currently no charges for withdrawals.

Will using my UltimateBet points affect my rakeback?
If you use your points in the UltimateBet store, or in exchange for cash, this will not affect your rakeback. You will not be deducted anything but the points.
