My payment from NoiQ was different from the number I see when I login to check my rake?
In your rake data we have entered an estimated value of 30% rakeback. You should use this only as an indication. We can only tell you your rake as we get it from NoiQ. We cannot know your VIP Level status, nor do we know how many VIP’s you have this month. So we cannot tell you your estimated cashback. If you need to confirm or question that a payment has been made in to your account for Cashback or a NoiQ Rake Race from any month you should contact NoiQ directly support@noiqpoker.com. They will be able to check the payment.
