Why do I have negative rakeback at Full Tilt?
Full Tilt deduct for a number of things from a player’s rake before they calculate rakeback.
1) Bonus
2) Deposit transaction fees (you should not withdraw and re-deposit unnecessarily)
3) Some withdrawal fees
4) Items bought in the FT store (at $0.004 per point from your rake – or $0.00108 from your rakeback 27%)
5) Any tournaments you enter where there is a guaranteed prize and there is a shortfall in players.
6) Local tax if applicable (e.g. French Nationals)
Just to be clear the Rakeback.co.uk freeroll at Full Tilt does not count against any rake!

I have an existing account with Full Tilt can I get rakeback there?
Full Tilt have recently informed us that any existing account cannot get rakeback – regardless of whether you have ever played for real money on the original account or not.
You simply cannot get rakeback from Full Tilt on that account through an affiliate.
If you try to create another FT account, FT’s fraud Department will find it and close it.

How and when will I get paid?
Payments are usually made directly to your Full Tilt poker account every Friday automatically, for the previous Tuesday – Monday period.

Do I need to make a minimum deposit at Full Tilt Poker?
Yes- It is the Full Tilt policy that you must have a balance of at least $10 within 60 days of creating your Full Tilt account to get rakeback. If you do not then they will remove your affiliation to Rakeback.co.uk and you will not be eligible for rakeback. The $10 balance can be by any method: either by a deposit, or a player-to-player transfer, or win it in a freeroll.

Why have I not been paid all of the rake back I have earned as per my Rakeback Account page at Full Tilt?
As you may have all know now, the Full Tilt payments are being paid weekly from now on (paid Fridays for the prior Tuesday-Monday 7 day period) When you log in to your rake checker at RTR you will still see the total FT Rake for the current month and also the current total Rakeback without any deductions for payments already received by you from FT. This is exactly the same as the system used for months by all players at rooms that pay daily or weekly, e.g. William Hill, PokerPlex, Carbon, Nordica etc. So the majority of you should not have any problem keeping approximate track of your rakeback during any given month. We are working on a way to display the Full Tilt data so that you know how much has been paid and what is still owed for the current week. This will take time to implement because the monthly referral calculations depend on the whole month’s data and are not calculated on a weekly basis. Until we have the new system in place, you can keep track of how much you have received by using the History function in the Full Tilt Cashier. In addition when FT make each weekly payment, you will receive an email notifying you of the transfer from cashier@fulltiltpoker.com. You should make sure that your email does not put these in to spam or junk.

How does the Iron Man promo at Full Tilt affect me?
If you exchange your medals for Full Tilt points in the Iron Man Store and then spend those points in the regular FT store, they will affect your rakeback. If you exchange your medals for bonuses in the Iron Man Store, these bonuses affect your rakeback just like normal bonuses. Remember it is still ALWAYS better to have rakeback and bonuses rather than just rakeback. If you exchange your medals for tournament tokens, they will not affect your rakeback unless the tournament has a cash overlay.

At Full Tilt If I use my FTPs to enter a SNG that leads to another SNG, will I be charged against my MGR?
You will get an amount deducted at approximately $0.005 x the number of FTPS needed to enter the tournament (so 1000 for entering a 1000FTP tournament) Regardless of how you entered it. You will not get charged for entering a FTP tournament if it is leading to another tournament.
